The ultrasound picture above shows the baby's heartbeat.
Today, my Doctors appointment comfirmed everything is great. The baby has a very healthy heartbeat, arm and leg "pods" starting to form, you can even see the brain. The baby is approximately the size of a large cashew nut. I'm 8 weeks 2 days. It was so amazing to experience the ultrasound today and actually hear the heartbeat of our little baby! Casey and I are ecstatic!!
After the Doctors appointment we went to spread the good news to our parents and family that we were expecting!
