It's a Boy!!

We went to the Doctor today and found out it's a heathy baby boy growing. He said everything looks perfect and right on track. We are so excited and feel so blessed.

4 Months.

I think I've had a little growth spurt. Or I should say "Baby Cooper" has had a growth spurt.

I'm starting to feel better and get some energy back. I've had several consecutive days this week that I can say I "feel good".

Baby Bump ~ Week 11

Almost 3 months.

Casey and I received a gift from his cousin Corey and his fiance, Kimberly. It's called "The Belly Book". The book documents belly growth and all the preganacy details and experiences. It is a great memento and we look forward to filling in the information.

I'm feeling pretty rough these days. I'm mostly nauseated at night and I don't have much of an appetite for supper. Finding something I want or can eat is pretty difficult. Sometimes I do feel sick in the morning, or I may even just have an all day "ick" feeling.

Here's Baby Cooper!

The ultrasound picture above shows the baby's heartbeat. Today, my Doctors appointment comfirmed everything is great. The baby has a very healthy heartbeat, arm and leg "pods" starting to form, you can even see the brain. The baby is approximately the size of a large cashew nut. I'm 8 weeks 2 days. It was so amazing to experience the ultrasound today and actually hear the heartbeat of our little baby!

Casey and I are ecstatic!!

After the Doctors appointment we went to spread the good news to our parents and family that we were expecting!

Winter Wonderland

What a beautiful snow! I'm about 8 weeks. Casey made sure I was real careful on the slippery snow! No one knows the news quiet yet...we are waiting until after my doctors appointment to make sure all is good before we tell.
